If the intercooler shroud that attaches to the scoop has not been damaged, you can purchase just the reproduction intercooler scoop section. It can then be reattached to the factory upper shroud.
This reproduction fiberglass lower scoop portion is an exact replacement for the factory rubber scoop, that can become damaged over a period of time. It is made using a mint, original for the mold, and comes ready to attach to the factory intercooler.
GM never offered this lower scoop portion by itself. Because the reproduction shroud and scoop have been made in two pieces, we can offer just the lower scoop portion as a replacement. The original GM scoop portion was riveted to the shroud.
Once installed in a 1986 or 1987 Turbo Regal, it will look like the original.
Minor drilling to the intercooler scoop is required, so it can be attached lining it up to the factory holes on the intercooler. You will need to re-use the original sheet metal screws.
