On the early years (1982-1985), it should be in the same basic area. Although they seldom fail, in time they get very dull looking. By purchasing a new one, you can easily improve the looks in your engine compartment. The new ones have a shiny look. NOTE - Units come silver anodized or gold anodized, depending on the batch we get from AC Delco.
