For 1984-'87 Turbo Regal.  This particular bolt is made by ARP (Automotive Racing Products).  The "UHL" or under head length of this bolt is 1.300" as well as the thread size of this particular bolt is 3/4"-16.  This bolt also comes with a washer and fastener assembly lubricant which is to replicate clamp load specifications.  One of the strongest bolts on the market.
