FOR SALE - 1947 FORD TWO DOOR SEDAN V8 -
This car just popped up last week for sale located about 5 miles from my house. The owner has had it for over 35 years. He is now 91 years young and can no longer do some of the work on the car. Car is a very solid car with no rust. The interior is all redone and cost over 4 grand to do it several years ago. Car has a new gas tank, fuel lines, brake cylinders, water pump, fuel pump, and master cylinder just to name some of the new parts. Runs great. Needs wiring upgraded under the dash since it is now 73 years old. Car has never ever been modified. Has the factory radio and clock in the dash. The flat head V8 engine which was the preferred engine during the moonshine years. Also a favorite of Bonnie and Clyde during their short reign of terror.
This Ford is actually the same age as myself. As a teenager I had a 1950s Ford sedan in high school that I gave my girlfriend to drive when I went into the Army. (She is now my wife). I also had a 1949 Ford club coupe. My second tow truck was a 1950 Ford one ton tow truck. Hard to say which is in better shape, me or this Ford 2-door sedan. He has priced the car quite fairly in my opinion. The body is very straight, no major dents anywhere. A good paint job would be something to do at some point. The price is a firm $9500. Here is a good deal for a car almost 75 years old! I could handle the deal for you and store the car at my house until a transport was arranged.
PHOTO 1 - We show 4 various photos of this remarkable 1947 Ford 2 door sedan. Like the Grand National they only came in one color black! For more info and pictures email me directly [email protected] Be forewarned at 91 years young don’t even try to get a lower price as the seller is firm at the $9500 price.
MORE PARTS FOR SALE -
In Photo 2 below we show a few more package deals. In each case we include a Hot Wheels Fast & Furious GN HO scale car still factory sealed. These were produced in 2018 according to the package. I remember we supplied several parts to the body shop that built the GN’s used in the Fast & Furious movie that featured the GN. These parts appear in the Rare Parts section for sale.
PHOTO 2 - The top left photo shows a brand new 1986-1987 oil fill cap with the Hot Wheels GN. The top right photo shows a nice used 1986-1987 Turbo Regal intercooler scoop with the Hot Wheels GN. The bottom left shows a used 1986-1987 Turbo Regal cross over pipe and a Hot Wheels GN. The bottom right shows a NOS GM boost line with the Hot Wheels GN.
RELIABLE TRANSPORT -
While several methods of transporting cars around the country exist, one method stands out above all the others in my opinion.
PHOTO 3 - We show how Reliable Transport has a unique method for getting cars to the top. Basically works like an elevator! The Crossfire is heading to sunny hot Arizona. Note the super long sleeper compartment on this truck!
CUSTOM WOOD DISPLAY PLATFORM FOR ANY 1:18 SCALE DIECAST MODEL -
We saw this cool idea a few weeks ago at a local car show. The seller was marketing a similar display only he put his own license plate and a diecast car with each and was selling them for $65 or more depending on the size of the display.
I liked the concept, but I think it makes better sense just to make the wooden display stand and let the buyer mount his own license plate or logo plate on the back board and place their favorite 1:18 scale diecast car on the base. My wife's uncle is retired and makes various items in wood so I gave him the project. Using pine wood and using a Minwax stain the display board came out very nice. He rounds all the edges and pre-drills all the holes for easy assembly and supplies all the proper screws so once assembled everything lines up perfectly.
At this point I am not sure if we'll add it to our website or simply feature it in our weekly inner circle with a link to the photos. Ideally you put your old license plate on the board or any of the proper logo license plates.
PHOTO 4 - In the 4 photos we show several versions of this wood display platform with two different diecast cars from my collection. I think the one showing the license plate RARE GN and Molly's prototype is a perfect match for a cool display. I had Molly sign the trunk lid on this diecast model. The RARE GN license plate was on the LeSabre Grand National we owned a number of years ago.
As you can imagine I have several old license plates from my vehicles back from my GTO days. I show one license plate with a 1/18th scale diecast 1967 GTO. These are being sold through my other company Kirban Enterprises. Each display board will be shipped unassembled and include all the proper screws and directions. The price shipped to any of the basic 48 states is just $49.95 each. Or buy 2 for $89.95 (save $10.90). These will have a specific part number under the Rare Parts or simply specify ‘“Display Board” if you call the office 215-766-1611 to order. If you are not a subscriber simply call the office and order it.
SPECIFICATIONS - Pine wood is ¾ inches thick. All the edges are rounded. Minwax stain is applied for a finished look. The backboard is 15 inches wide by 12 inches high. The base board is 5 inches deep by 14 inches wide. All the holes are pre drilled and countersunk with hardware included. Very little skill is required to assemble. You supply the 1:18 scale diecast of your choice and one of your old license plates or a logo plate.
INTERESTING PHONE CALL THE OTHER DAY -
I heard from Jeff who works at Carroll Street Auto located in Manchester, NH. They deal in collector cars. They recently acquired a super mint 1967 HO RAM AIR 4-SPEED GTO. Well optioned even has the rare am/fm radio and the first year offered 8 track player. The crowning feature which is backed up with proof is this car got the BobCat package offered back in the day prior to being sold. I got the car because when this place acquired this fine example they got a lot of documents with the car. Among the various documents were several typed letters from me from the mid 1980s to the original owner who resided in western, Pennsylvania. This particular GTO was one of the 7 that I had at one of my very first Reunion events that also featured several Hurst employees including Bill Campbell the co-founder of Hurst. The car has had several owners since then aloof which have been very attentive caretakers of this fine example.
I was able to verify the information they were seeking and even verified that the photo in the one book was taken on my driveway on Sugarbottom Road! All the letters I had written were in perfect condition! This car besides being show condition under any judging rules is extremely rare due to its options and all the documents backing it up. The price tag is a bit over a hundred grand! For more info contact Carroll Street Auto located in Manchester, NH. Phone 603-627-5595. The owner that had this GTO back then was good friends with the owner of the last GNX built 547 as he also came to my events back in the day with GNX 547. Next week we will print some of the letters and pictures of this car. I also have another unique story to share that I saw the other day.
PROTO-TYPE TURBO CHARGED PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 1988 STILL AVAILABLE 4 SALE -
BREAKING NEWS IN STOCK PYPES DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEMS -
We have several kits available. The Pypes dual exhaust system is the closest you will find to the factory original format.
COMING SOON -
We will soon have available the 1986-1987 catalytic convertors. They will be the low restrictive format not the big pancake style as the original. They will have the proper 4 bolt flange at the back end which is critical for installation. These will be a direct bolt in for the factory replacement.
BRAND NEW MODIFIED JEEP LOWER STEERING SHAFTS FOR THE TURBO REGALS -
I knew it was only going to be a matter of time when my supplier who also modifies the Jeep shafts for us exhausts all the salvage yards in his area of used Jeep lower steering shafts. In some cases my supplier was travelling over 50 miles or more to find them! Then he was modifying them. By going with a new lower shaft is a better route to go as the universal joints at both ends will all be brand new. We just now located the proper application for the new lower steering shafts we need to buy and our source who modifies them has verified that it is the proper one. We are also doing more research now that we will have brand new Jeep lower steering shafts to determine what other GM vehicles these will interchange with. Already we have discovered it is the same lower steering shaft on all the 1982-1992 F body cars (Camro and Firebird). Not only are the metal swivel joints at both ends far superior to the psongy rag joint that GM used but this shaft gives you more clearance under the hood on the drivers side.
Because these are brand new and now I have to ship them to him and pay to ship them back after he modified them the costs will be slightly more than what we were getting for the used Jeep lower steering shafts. To get notified when we get our first batch email me directly [email protected] The projected price will be around $169.95 each. We will have a packaged deal with the bearing kit #7572. Our #7572 bearing kit is also superior to what Buick used in the G body applications. GM simply used a rubber seal which after 30 years creates wear issues. This is the hot set up having a metal universal joint at both ends to replace the spongy rag joint GM used on the G body Regals and also all the other G body models. Besides eliminating any play in your steering it now frees up some space in the engine compartment on the drivers side over the stock factory lower steering shaft. Keep in mind we supply several other vendors with these lower steering shafts as well. We expect to have the first brand new Jeep lower steering shafts by the end of this month.
GOOD NEWS REBUILT 1986-1987 TURBO REGAL REBUILT POWER STEERING PUMPS -
We still have about a few left from this initial shipment from Cardone. We were just informed that Cardone had just over a dozen 1986-1987 Turbo Regal power steering pumps in their system. We purchased the entire stock so they are in the process of rebuilding them for us. These carry a one year warranty. This power steering pump is unique to the 1986-1987 Turbo Regals. I also believe it's the same used in the limited production 1989 TurboTrans Ams. Nobody has reproduced this part yet that I am aware of.
THE RETURN OF REBUILT 1986-1987 TURBO REGAL STOCK MASS AIR FLOW SENSORS
We need your cores to make this project work. We quickly sold the only two we had in last week's Inner Circle. If you got a good uncracked original GM Turbo Regal mass air flow sensor core please send it to us. Each one is worth a $40 letter- of-credit. Please if you have any sitting around help us help others retain the original look with their cars. Send to Kirban Performance 529 Haycock Run Road, Kintnersville, PA 18930. Currently we have a few out being rebuilt. To get on the list contact our office. We need cores. To my knowledge I believe we are the only source for getting these rebuilt through Cardone.
UPDATED MORE GOOD NEWS -
Our part number #7768 the AC Delco AC accumulator evaporator receiver drier is in stock. We are, I believe, the only company that gets them powder coated as they come from ACDelco bare aluminum which in the Turbo Regals is not correct. Ours cost a bit more, but the appearance is closer to the original which is critical as this part is very visible under the hood. We currently have several in stock.
STILL AVAILABLE A FULL SET OF REAL ORIGINAL GNX WHEELS LIKE NEW -
I am representing this set of real GNX wheels for one of my long-time customers who bought at least one car from me over the years. He resides in the New England area. The price includes all 4 center caps. No lug nuts. The price is $5895 and includes free shipping to the basic 48 states. The wheels have no scratches, and no road rash. Like new in every regard. They are the correct ones with different offset front and rears. For more info or pictures email me direct [email protected]
TWO WELL KNOWN LOCAL CRUISE EVENTS NEAR MY LOCATION IN JULY 2021 -
First up is the Doylestown At Dusk Car Show. The date is Saturday July 17th 5 pm until 10 pm. Rain date is Sunday July 18th 2021. This event draws some impressive variety of cars, even several Ferraris. They close down several main streets in Doylestown. I go as a spectator every year.
Next up on July Saturday July 31st 2021, is the annual Hatboro Moonlight Memories car show. This is the 28th year of this event. Hatboro is near where we used to live so I get to see a lot of old friends at this annual event. I was a judge for a few of these events. This show usually has several Turbo Regals and one or two GNXs in the mix. This event is huge. The event has no rain date. I guess they have a direct connection to God? Devyn is planning to attend at least one of these Cruise events.

CAR SHOW DATES FOR 2021 SEASON -
EAST COAST BUICK REGIONALS
Saturday September 11th 2021
This annual event is held at Cecil County Dragway in Rising Sun, Maryland. There is no rain date. I have gone every year for the last 5 or 6 years. Always a good event. Plenty of room and plenty of cars. This event was not held in 2020 so a lot of pent up demand for the return. I will be donating items for this event and I will be there as a vendor. I don’t bring many items but I do a lot of buying. So if you plan to attend, see me if you bring items to sell. Our plan is to hand out 3 special custom awards for the 3 cars that impress me the most. More details later.
We will not have many items for sale at this event but instead be focused on accepting turbo cores, powermaster cores, and 1986-1987 original AC Delco mass air flow sensor cores. Course we are always on the lookout for NOS parts. Will have several blank checks with me!

KIRBAN PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS
529 HAYCOCK RUN ROAD
KINTNERSVILLE, PA 18930
We discovered that FedEx will not forward any packages that are sent to the old PO Box or to our old address in Plumsteadville. Instead they deliver the packages to the old address and leave them outside or send them back to the shipper. They refuse to forward and say that we should notify the shipper. In most cases, we have no idea when we are getting packages shipped back to us.
If you have any cores that are being sent back to us, be sure to use the correct address, especially if you use FedEx. Otherwise, we may not receive your package or it may be sent back to you.

We have heard from a couple people that have had problems with the links in our Inner Circle.
When we check the links, they work fine. However, if you are not able to be directed to the exact website page or internet site, you can "copy" and "paste" the link into the URL in your browser (such as Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.) If it doesn't link in one browser, it may work in another.
Most people having problems are using Internet Explorer. If you are having issues with links, try another browser to see if it works.
You may need to "UPDATE" your browser to be used if you are using the current version.
NOTE ABOUT PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE -
We have heard from a couple people that have viewed the photos on the website. Because these must be low-resolution photos to work on the Inner Circle segments on the website, any photos of text don't appear clear when enlarged. This is a problem when you are trying to see numbers, such as those on the VIN labels or pages from Options booklet. Also, because of photo reproduction and computer screen variations, the colors may not be true to the actual product or photo.
If you would like to have us email you any photo at the higher resolution for viewing, just email us and we will email them to you. Be sure to be specific on which pictures you want to see - Reference Inner Circle date and photo number 1, 2, 3 or 4 - [email protected]

All our parts generally are priced to sell and below what others offer. Also our used items are exactly as described.

TIP FROM KIRBAN -.
Remember don’t put off parts you need; the supply chain is still an issue for getting parts in a timely manner. Some of our suppliers are still taking 8 to 10 weeks to fill our orders.
IMPORTANT - INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SHIPPING ADDRESS –
If you are returning any cores or products, it is important that you send them to the correct address.

NOTE - ABOUT LINKS IN THE INNER CIRCLE -
We have heard from a couple people that have had problems with the links in our Inner Circle.
ABOUT OUR EMAILS -
Any inquiries concerning used parts, you must email me directly - [email protected] - and I will answer you. However, if I fail to answer you within 24 hours, please email us again.
Since expanding into used parts, I get a lot of emails and sometimes I may forget your request or may not remember who requested the item.
IN CLOSING -
Remember the weekly Inner Circle always goes out at 3 pm eastern time so subscribers all have the same equal chance on the Rare Parts. All our parts generally are priced to sell and below what others offer. Also our used items are exactly as described. Emails are acknowledged in the order we receive them regardless of when I respond as I am not always by a computer and I only use a flip phone.
