Greetings Turbo Regal Inner Circle Members 02-01-2023 - BREAKING NEWS 1987 GRAND NATIONAL HARDTOP FOR SALE UPDATED WITH PICS - Here is a super super nice prime example southern car when new. No rust issues. All original paint no dents and garaged! Actual miles are about 49,000. Here is what makes this example stand out from any others. It has an original set NOT a reproduction set of the GNX wheels. He paid 6 grand for them 2 years ago. I know as I engineered the deal for him between him and the seller who is one of my long time customers and owns some of my cars. Also it has the GNX style dash in the car. The Stewart Warner gauge format. I can tell from the notes this seller sent me he is very detailed. I got lots of pictures and info. Car is not 100% stock, but tasteful important upgrades such as the 2 I mentioned above. Asking price is $54,900. Located in the state of NY. Email me for more details. My email is [email protected] This car has never been advertised until now by our company. Member it has been garaged and 100% original paint which still looks good. I think in parts, labor, and upgrades he has spent over 30 grand in 2 years of ownership. He has at most driven the Grand National 2,000 miles on it since he got it. The tires at most have 100 miles on them. He is more into trucks now and that is why he would sell his Grand National. PHOTO 1 - We show four different views of this very detailed 1987 Grand National Hardtop. Remember it features 4 real GNX wheels on it that cost 6 grand for the set 2 years ago. The car has hardly been driven. I have a very detailed list from the owner of what has been done. His investment in upgrades and labor to install equals over $30 grand. Remember this guy is an accountant so he is very good with numbers! BREAKING NEWS 2014 CAMARO Z28 CALLAWAY MODIFIED 1,300 MILES FOR SALE - I just got word of this extremely rare example of a factory modified Callaway 2014 black Z28 Camaro going up for sale. Callaway only did 8 of these. With a mere 1,300 miles the car is pristine. Stored since new in a climate controlled storage showroom. Motivated seller clean PA title $96,000. All the literature and paperwork included. For more details email me directly [email protected] Car is in my area. Over 80 pictures available. ANOTHER UNUSUAL CAR FOR SALE - This is being sold by a local car dealer friend of mine who I have sold a few cars for. He just got in on a 2004 GTO. GTO has 41,000 miles. Automatic. Aftermarket wheels and radio and Borla stainless exhaust are the only mods. Deal does include the stock wheels which need to be redone. Body is super super mint on this car, as is the interior never even drilled in the front bumper for a stupid license plate. Very rare color barbados blue reportedly less than 300 made in that color for 2004. Has a nice window tint on the windows. The asking price is $18,900. Being a used car dealer he will entertain interesting partial trades. For more info and pictures email me directly [email protected] as I have photos of this car. Also this same dealer has one of those rare 2014 Acura ILX sedans black on black Premium edition 6 speed manual. Car has a 2.4 liter engine with 159,000 miles on it. Car is Kirban quality shows it has had excellent care its entire life. Priced to sell at $10,900. I have photos of this car [email protected] Or, how about this: A 2011 Jaguar XJ V8 sedan with a mere 21,000 actual miles one owner garaged since new. I have not yet worked out a price yet with the original owner. Silver exterior with a black leather interior. TWO MORE CARS I REPRESENT - Needing a total restoration is a 1959 Cadillac coupe. Super straight car has been sitting partially apart with a 35 grand price tag. More interesting is a 1955 MG also partially apart but very solid as most of the parts were stored in a house. This car seems very reasonable to me considering the age and cuteness. Just $4800 buys it. Car has no title but the owner will get a title for it. Both these cars are at the same location. I do have a few pics of both of these cars and can get more. Email me direct [email protected] A TRIP THRU AN IMPRESSIVE LOCAL LOCATION OF COLLECTOR CARS UPDATE - At this writing which I started on the weekend I believe the $5500 Monte Carlo has been sold heading down south. One of the cars that I pictured last week has perked some interest. It may perk more interest now that I know exactly what it is. I am referring to the white Dodge Challenger. It is a 1973 model. Body is very good and solid with just minor rust in the rear quarter lip areas. Yes I know what minor rust is. In New York minor rust means you can put both feet thru the quarter panel but here in PA minor rust is not that serious! It is a 318 V8 car. Belong to the seller's father, not sure if he purchased it new or not. He has added some bolt tons like a Holly 4-barrel and headers and what appears to me Mopar finned valve covers. Interior needs attention and the dash pad is not cracked. This car is off the market! Here is what is very unusual with this 1973 Dodge Challenger. It is a 3-speed manual with the shifter on the floor between the bucket seats and no console. Also has hand crank windows! Again I got very little knowledge concerning Mopars in general but I can't recall ever seeing a manual 3 speed Challenger! Where it sits my friend runs an outside storage area along with cars he owns. So there's a combination of about 65 plus cars and trucks scattered in the front of his huge building and behind his building. In one of the two photos of the Challenger I show in Photo 2 shows the small floor shifter complete with maybe the original black 3-speed black ball. The other photo shows the front end of the Dodge Challenger. Again the body and the white paint is the best part of this car considering its age. The Challenger is very restorable. The other two photos show a 1980 Buick Limited two door Regal. He bought it from the typical little old lady and she had a V8 dropped into it. It has a bottom end noise. I think that car can be bought for about $3850. I can obtain more photos of this car. A prime candidate to drop a V8 under the hood. PHOTO 2 - The top left and top right photo I show the 1973 Challenger including the rare 3-speed shifter on the floor. The Challenger is no longer available. The seller took it off the market! The bottom left and bottom right I show the A body 1980 Limited Regal coupe. Powered by a V8 with a low end noise. A clean original example that the owner of the property owns. I think it can be bought for $3850. Car is very solid, even the trunk has no rust issues. I can get more photos and info. Simply email me [email protected] Most of these cars are not visible from the street. I AM STILL SEEKING SOMEONE THAT HAS ALL OR MOST OF MY NEWSLETTERS - I will pay you to simply borrow them and return to you. I want to make some sort of spiral bound book especially of the cars I have sold over the years. Someone must have a complete or nearly company set that I can borrow and pay for! Email me [email protected] FACTORY GRAND NATIONAL FRONT FLOOR MATS OR CARPET SAVERS - Here is a quick History lesson on what GM refers to as carpet savers but everyone else refers to them simply as floor mats or carpeted floor mats. GM offered two versions for the front and back. The cheap ones which were I believe rubber was B32 with a price tag of $17 for the set of 2. The carpeted ones the code for the front was B34 with the price tag of $25 for the set of 2. They were to say the least a huge bargain. Well made with a molded in steel wire in the back for support. The passenger side which no one has reproduced has a rubber like postage stamp size GM emblem near the top portion. The driver's side did not. Nor did Buick ever offer logo floor mats as an option in the Grand Nationals. They missed a great marketing opportunity there for sure. Here is where it gets interesting…..since I have been involved in this “game” as I call it before 99% of the competition I had ACC the main GM licensed supplier make our drivers front floor mat with the proper single slit or slot towards the drivers door. Everyone else's they make them for has a slot or slit on BOTH sides of the drivers floor mat which is not correct to be original. It may be correct if GM went that route under the accessory package after the car was built. But if the carpet savers with inserts was a factory option code on SPI label would be B34 the drivers mat would only have the one slot. All the versions we sell plain embroidered etc duplicate that layout exactly. Last week I looked at a 1986 Grand National to get the seller a buyer. He sold it in one day but had the original badly worn floor mats so I got them which gives me the proof on how they looked when the car was originally built. PHOTO 3 - We show 4 various photos of the original front pair of 1986 Grand National floor mats. In one photo we show our Power Six mat overlapping the drivers mat so you can see it is 100% the same. In another photo we show a portion of the backside and you can see the molded rubber around the metal wire band. We also show a close up of the passenger factory floor mat that has the rubber postage size stamp GM logo on it. On our website kirbanperformance.com you can search the following part numbers #6511, #6883, #7162, or #7168. Again to the best of my knowledge we are the only source for these with the single slot or slit on the drivers front floor mat. ORIGINAL OR REPRODUCTION 3.8 SFI HOOD EMBLEMS - Having just sold some original 3.8 SFI hood emblems I thought with photos I would show my readers both. If there are only a handful of reproductions that are dead on 100% a match to the original factory part this would qualify as one of them. Plus the ones we sell for the hood scoop are made in the USA. They are exact; you can lay the repro on top of the GM original and they are the same. The difference? The tape on the back of the GM ones that you remove and throw away is orange. The tape we used on the back is blue like it matters. Also GM ones had a small Made in Canada sticker on them. Again another throw away decal. Then again in some cases the original GM may still be in that throw away GM box! Adding to the confusion is I am sure we are not the only company that has reproduced the hood emblems so I have no idea if the others hit the same standards or not. They probably do. As you probably know on the Turbo-T versions the same emblem appeared on the trunk lid minus the black edging treatment. A while ago I made like 50 sets in a silver decal of the 3.8 SFI Turbo hood decals. Again lay the decal on top and it's 100% exact on font style and size etc. (See the one photo below). At the same time I did in the same font style on a silver decal the words High Output V6. GM actually used that emblem on the Chevy Citation years ago. A car that died a quick death! Again I did 50 sets. I got zero plans to make anymore and these are listed for sale under the Rare Parts section. Beauty about the decal is that you get the same visual look and don’t risk bumping the 3 and breaking it off the plastic emblem when washing and drying your car! PHOTO 4 - The photo to the left shows the backside of both the reproduction 3.8 hood emblem and the factory GM hood emblem. The reproduction is the one on top with the blue tape. The bottom one is the factory GM one with orange tape and Canada decal. The photo to the right shows the silver decals we made with wording High Output V6 and 3.8 SFI Turbo. Letters are individually cut out so no clear is around them once installed on your hood. See Rare Parts section. They are cheap. CHECK THIS OUT ON EBAY - The ebay #204194856468 Steve Saffier who operates carsmarts radio and filmed that interview of me way back in 2015 made these neat small decals to put on your regular car so people know you are one of the lucky owners of aTurbo Regal. Amazingly that video he shot on YouTube has hit 45,000 views. He can create a video of your “life in Cars” or record a car show you may be connected with. I know from buying cars I had several sellers show me their private collections. I remember Don Garlits gave me a personal tour of his museum years ago when I was down visiting him. WE HAVE MORE BRAKE BOWLS AND JEEP STYLE STEERING SHAFTS IN STOCK - It is best to contact the office to be certain you get one. These are located at our Pennsylvania location and would ship from our Pennsylvania location. The part number is #7574 for the desirable Jeep steering shafts. With metal joints at both ends it provides a tighter feel over the factory lower steering shaft that Buick used. OUR 1996 FORD RANGER XLT FOR SALE IS ALSO STILL AVAILABLE - This is one of our personal vehicles that we have owned for 9 years. A very long time for me to keep a vehicle! Most of my vehicles seldom have one birthday! It has always been garaged during that time and based on how nice the original paint is the truck was probably garaged most of its life. The truck does not leak anything. New tires, new brake lines, new brakes, battery all maintenance done at a timely matter. Wheels are updated to the later Ranger 15 inch wheels. Interior has all been redone and is like new. The body is super straight with no dents of any major size and with zero rust. Truck is a 5-speed manual shift with hand crank windows. Actual miles is 196,000. My email is [email protected] for more info and photos. Asking $3995. GOT TURBO REGAL PARTS TO SELL? - We are always in the market for buying collections if you have sold your car. Granted we will not pay retail but it can be far easier and quicker to sell everything at one time rather than deal with all the questions you get from any advertising you do. We can also set up someone to pick up the parts if it's a distance from my location and you can't ship. HERE IS A COMPLETE RUN DOWN ON THE CARS I CURRENTLY REPRESENT - In each case email me specifically which car perks your interest. We give the car model, location and price on each of the ones we now are working with the sellers. Each case there is some wiggle room as we realize in most cases you got transport costs involved. Especially now with Spring and Summer fast approaching. We handle the advertising and answering the questions and weeding out the tire kickers. We never give out the exact location of your car. You decide on the price after any bargaining is done. The money goes directly from the buyer to your bank account. I have a flat commission based on the price span. This format has worked out very well for me for both the buyer and the seller. The buyer has more confidence about the car especially if you are a long time owner and a customer of ours. . The seller is not bothered with phone calls or emails. Most potential buyers know who I am. So whenever the time comes you want to sell your car, email me the particulars. I can explain the process to you which also allows you to sell the car as well. My email is [email protected] I can also help you determine the price. I can also take in a trade and pay you the seller the difference. I have worked with JJ Best in the past which is quite generous in granting loans. So you have plenty of options. However, if you are not able to be directed to the exact website page or internet site, you can "copy" and "paste" the link into the URL in your browser (such as Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.) If it doesn't link in one browser, it may work in another. Most people having problems are using Internet Explorer. If you are having issues with links, try another browser to see if it works. You may need to "UPDATE" your browser to be used if you are using the current version. NOTE ABOUT PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE - We have heard from a couple people that have viewed the photos on the website. Because these must be low-resolution photos to work on the Inner Circle segments on the website, any photos of text don't appear clear when enlarged.
