1986-1987 Turbo Regal - Reproduction AIR FLOW DUCT from Turbo to MAF Sensor / Air Cleaner The ribbed area on this reproduction black duct is slightly more pronounced than the factory GM duct and it's also more flexible. The photos show the reproduction duct and an original duct on a 1986-1987 Turbo Regal. Finding any kind of reproduction duct for the mass air flow sensor was not easy. It is an unusual diameter requiring a special order duct to make it work. This mass air flow sensor duct is more flexible than the factory GM duct. It conforms more easily to the "S" format than the stock GM duct. It also looks better than the stock GM duct since the inner springs will not start to poke through the outer housing like the original mass air flow duct does. It is made from black thermoplastic rubber reinforced with a wire helix. It is rated at 10 psi positive pressure and 14 psi negative pressure. The operating temperature range for this duct is -60 degrees F to 275 degrees F. Another benefit is it has a 40% thicker wall than the GM duct for increased resistance to punctures and tears. It is cheaper than the GM duct (last time we checked, GM's retail was over $60). Another great engine restoration item. 7054 - 1986-1987 Turbo Regal - Reproduction Air Flow Duct (from turbo to MAF sensor/air cleaner)
